Class Description
An upbeat class designed to improve your performance and decrease injury! Dancers move through a cardiovascular warm-up, dynamic stretching, partnered strength training, and applied dance technique (e.g. kicks, jumps, turns). It is recommended to attend more than one class to see optimal results. Class packages available for purchase!

Terms & Conditions
Class Cancellation: A ten minute grace period will be granted before cancellation. Missed classes can be rescheduled. Refund Policy: There are no refunds issued for unused classes of a pre-paid class package. All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Photo-Video Release: Upon registering for class, you give permission for photographs and videos to be taken of you during training and performances, to be used by Footwork And Sole Dance Company for promotion or other commercial purposes. (Contact management at admin@footworkandsole.com for special circumstances or restrictions) Ownership of Property: Exclusive ownership of the creative and intellectual property is not permissible. Rights can be joint or exclusive to Footwork And Sole Dance Company.
